In an interview with Judy Woodruff on Monday afternoon, Herman Cain said allegations that he sexually harassed two women were “baffling” and, that in his opinion, his behavior had not been inappropriate.

In this clip, Cain describes an instance of standing next to one woman, who made a formal charge, and compared her height to that of his wife.
